Returns and Warranty Policy

Thank you for showing interest in the products of Flumble owned and operated by MX-RAPRO (hereinafter referred to as Company, We, us or any of its connotations). We provide NFC business cards (hereinafter referred to as the Product) for networking using a card that can be tapped on anyone’s phone to transfer details.

This Returns and Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as Policy) applies to all products purchased directly from the Company by the visitors or members (referred to as You, User or any of its connotations).

01.General Instructions

At Flumble, nothing is valued more than our customer’s satisfaction. Every card that is shipped to you, goes through several inspection points, so that you have the best experience with us.

  • Product must be sent back in original unmarked packaging along with accessories, manuals and documentation that came with the product. Flumble shall not be liable if there is loss or damage to the Product while it is in transit to the company.
  • The product shipped should to you should be in same condition as shipped by you.
  • Product must be sent back in original unmarked packaging along with accessories, manuals and documentation that came with the product. Product would be thoroughly inspected once it reaches us and any return would be in accordance to inspection result
  • You will be asked for proof of purchase or copy of receipt while filing for warranty. You will be asked to ship your product up on getting approval for warranty.

02. Plans

Flumble offers three standard plans which user is supposed to select while setting up his card. These plans have different prices and can be purchased by user while setting up the card. Note that amount that you pay is only covered for hardware which needs license that you get with any of plans that you purchase while setting up your card. This license is issued by the company on monthly, annual and lifetime basis. You can also customise your plan starting at just $1.

03.Warranty and Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for the products covered under warranty or insurance:

  • Product must be sent back in original unmarked packaging along with accessories, manuals and documentation that came with the product. Flumble shall not be liable if there is loss or damage to the Product while it is in transit to the company.

04.Cancellation Policy

Once order is placed, cancellation is not possible.

05.Out Of Warranty Service Policy

If warranty is expired, you can still claim your new card only in case you have got insurance. (Note: only 2 cards can be replaced under insurance and customer will be charged upfront for shipping)

06. Governing Laws

This Returns and Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, the seat of arbitration shall be Canada. Subject to this competent Courts of Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.
